Adult & Continuing Education

The mission of the Indianapolis Public Schools Adult Education Program is to provide learner-centered opportunities to achieve basic and secondary level academic and life skills, as well as workforce literacy skills. A variety of learning opportunities are offered that are focused on individual needs through flexible and equitable alternatives in instruction. We honor and respect the diversity of students, educators, and community. Everyone is a member of a community of learners where all members support each other and strive to become the best we can be. Our program will help students prepare for the next century as lifelong learners and productive participants in the community and the workplace.
